Consumer thirst for specialty beers caused an increase in demand, which drove the growth of the microbrewery industry. In order to respond to this development, Redhook made a commitment to brew enough beer to satisfy the burgeoning demand. In July of 1994, Redhook completed construction on its second brewery in Woodinville, Washington, 20 miles north-east of Seattle. The beautiful facility features expansive grounds and the Forecaster's Public House, where you can indulge in all of the Redhook ales and pub-style meals.

Forecaster's Pub
The Forecaster's Pub is open daily at 11 a.m. and offers a full pub-style menu featuring delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees, along with Daily Specials. On tap we feature the classic Redhook ales you've come to know and love, along with Seasonals, Limited Releases, Nitro, Cask Conditioned, and Blueline Ales - which are brewed uniquely for the Forecaster's Pub. More than likely we have a Redhook ale on tap that you've never tried before. The Forecaster's Pub also has outside Patio seating in the Summer when the NW weather allows. Nothing quite beats sitting under our Cascade hop trellis while enjoying a refreshing pint of Redhook's finest.
