The second culinary adventure from Chef Travis Kukull of Gastropod and Cody Morris of Epic Ales, Mollusk is a new restaurant & brewery specializing in unique seasonal cuisine located in the vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.

Our food is influenced by exotic cuisines of the world, hard to categorize but with a total commitment to quality and distinctive flavors.

Dinner is available seven days a week. Brunch on the weekends. We love the interaction of food and beverage and strive to make all of our dishes pair well with our various beverages.

Food is seasonal and we love to explore and highlight those natural variations. We are driven by our unique ability to share products and test the boundaries of food on a daily basis.

We continue to brew on a small scale. Our brewhouse is a seven-barrel system . . . we only produce fourteen full-sized kegs with each brew. This means we get to brew with the seasons and provide the freshest beer possible.
