Join us at a perennial U-District favorite, Shultzy's Sausage, for the second stop of our opening night field trip for great German-themed beers and food.

Shultzy's always has a great lineup of German and local draft beers, and they've ordered a special German cask to tap for this event.

Shultzy's has been making its popular Bratwurst and other sausages for over 20 years. For this kickoff, they're adding a new Schnitzel plate and bringing back their popular "Hopwurst" links made with Pacific Northwest Hops, introduced at last year's Seattle Beer Fest.
