A true brewers dinner with Head Brewer Steve Dressler from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Enjoy a unique experience to join Steve and his 28+ years of pairing knowledge with this 5 course meal. Steve is a true brewing icon in the craft beer world and this is a rare opportunity to find him in Seattle. There will be 5 exceptional food items paired with 5 of the most exceptional beers available from Sierra Nevada. There will be a special bonus beer available to those who come that has not been seen in Seattle before. Make your reservations soon because it will fill up fast.
Chef Kailee Krupa of the Burgundian and Steve Dresler, head brewer of Sierra Nevada, will be preparing a 5 course beer pairing dinner on Monday May, 13th during Seattle Beer Week. Doors will open at 6pm and dinner will be served promptly at 7pm. Upon arrival, guests will receive a pint of Northern Hemisphere from the Firkin, marking this beer's debut in Washington State. The cost of the dinner is $85 (tax and tip included). Tickets are available at Brown Paper Tickets.

1st course Pale Ale - Local Oysters, pale ale citrus honey mignonette

2nd course Olivia Sugar Plum Quad - Country Pate stuffed with Olivia Plums, pickles, Olivia Mustard, baguette

3rd course French Style Saison - Scallop Crudo, Gold Nugget Mandarines, chives and chili de arbol

4th course Big Foot Barley Wine - Duck Confit, Daikon, Radiccio, Blue Cheese, Dates, Barley Wine Glaze

5th course Hoptimum - Hoptimum marinated citrus Semolina cake, Malted Whip Cream, Barley Brittle
