We have the pleasure of hosting our good friend Sam Calagione from Dogfish Head for a 5 course beer dinner. Each course will be matched by a beer from each brewery for a total of 10 tastes. Sam has pulled all 2008 Vintage beers from his private stash: Black & Blue, Red & White, Burton Baton, Chicory Stout and World Wide Stout. Dick is brewing some special beer for the occasion and we have Ambrosia Maibock aged in a red wine barrel. $95 inclusive, Reservations required-info@elysianbrewing.
