Saison is a summer seasonal style from the french speaking region of Belgium. Redhook Beer Week Saison's aroma is dominated by orange, spice and fruity aromas from the unique fermentation character of French Saison yeast. The dryness and tart flavor combined with a high carbonation level make this Saison deliciously thirst quenching.
