Duck Island welcomes you to a night of meat and mayhem. Sausage flights will include four different kinds of meat, each accompanied with a sauce. Enjoy samplers of our featured quads from Avery, Ommegang, La Trappe, and St. Bernardus as well as fine bottles of special release Hales quad, Rochefort Trappist 10 and T’Gaverhopke Extra – all fit for drinking or cellaring and enjoying later.
