Feierabend will bring a little bit more of Aying to America, featuring Ayinger beers and a menu inspired by the Ayinger Bräustüberl menu. The 1200 year-old village of Aying (pronounced eye-ing) is nestled in the shadow of the Alps and about 25 kilometers from Munich. This is the home of Brauerei Aying, which produces 12 different styles of beers, more than most of the larger breweries. To celebrate this unique location in Bavaria and the benchmark of excellence that the beers of Ayinger brewery represent, Executive Chef Graham Chaney has created a special menu inspired by the Ayinger Bräustüberl menu and paired it with three of the best-selling beers from Ayinger. Menu runs for all 10 days of SBW!
