Join Chef Mike Easton and Hood River's Pfriem Family Brewing for a 5 course beer tasting menu! Taste your way through a selection of this outstanding catalog as well as a few of Pfriem's new releases.....
We don't want to give too much away, but here's the "broad strokes" of what you can expect from the menu:

Pilsner,
Charcuterie, pickles

Wit,
Spring Farro salad, rhubarb, mint, ricotta salata

Strong Blonde,
Pasta integrale, spring peas, housemade pancetta, herbs

Saison,
Rack of lamb, olives, cured lemons, fennel root.

Imp Stout
Stout Ice cream, barley malt caramel, brown butter cake

****Followed by an optional Belgian tasting with cheese flight including Flanders Blonde and Red and Strong Dark.

The price is **All inclusive! (tax, and Gratuities are calculated into the price)
Dinner: 6:30pm $150
Belgian Tasting and Cheese Flight: 9:30pm $25
